Apple’s appeal is continuous, and our company believe the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit need to reverse the USITC’s choice. We highly disagree with the USITC choice and resulting orders.
Pending the appeal, Apple is taking actions to adhere to the judgment while guaranteeing clients have access to Apple See with restricted disturbance. These actions consist of presenting a variation of Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 in the United States without the Blood Oxygen function. There is no effect to Apple Watch systems formerly bought that consist of the Blood Oxygen function.
Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 without the Blood Oxygen function will appear from apple.com beginning 6am PT on January 18, and from Apple Stores beginning January 18.”
