WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Previous U.S. Vice President Mike Pence appeared prior to a grand jury examining previous President Donald Trump’s function in efforts to reverse the 2020 election, a source knowledgeable about the matter informed Reuters on Thursday.

Pence was inside U.S. District Court in Washington for more than 7 hours, ABC News and NBC News reported previously. Agents for Pence had no remark.
